Truckstop load board integration: planned, not built
Truckstop lets brokers post loads, search for carriers and let carriers book in a few clicks. A FreightVero integration is planned. Here’s what it would cover and where it stands.
Short answer
Truckstop is a freight marketplace whose load board lets brokers post private and public loads, search for carriers and offer Book It Now, where a carrier books at the posted terms. Truckstop also owns RMIS, the carrier onboarding service. A Truckstop integration for the FreightVero TMS is planned and not built.
How it would fit the load workflow
Brokers use the Truckstop load board to post loads, find carriers by lane, equipment and availability, and price loads with its rate tools. Without an integration, each post is typed in by hand and removed by hand.
The planned integration would post from the load record, update posts when the load changes and flag them once the load is covered. It follows the same flow as the planned DAT integration and the Load Posting agent, with a person approving every post.
Book It Now needs extra care in a TMS with enforced rules. A carrier who books in a few clicks would still have to clear the FreightVero checkpoints: approved compliance status, driver and truck details and tracking accepted, then the latest rate con signed before dispatch.
None of this works today, and FreightVero has no partnership with Truckstop. If your carrier setup already runs through RMIS, the planned RMIS integration is the other half of the Truckstop picture.

How does Truckstop relate to RMIS?
Truckstop acquired RMIS (Registry Monitoring Insurance Services) on March 22, 2021. RMIS handles carrier onboarding and insurance monitoring. A FreightVero RMIS integration is also planned, and the RMIS page covers it.
What happens when a carrier uses Book It Now?
Once an integration exists, that carrier would still need to clear the FreightVero checkpoints before the load moves, and the latest rate con would need to be signed before dispatch. How bookings flow in will be settled when the integration is scoped.
Will I need my own Truckstop subscription?
Most likely. Truckstop sells load board plans directly, and board integrations generally connect to the broker's own account. We'll confirm Truckstop's requirements when the integration is scoped, before any pricing is set.
