Small brokerages
Run a small brokerage on software that checks the paperwork
FreightVero is a broker TMS for small teams. Starter is $349 a month for 5 users and 250 loads, with no per-load fees. A load missing its paperwork stays put.

Everyone does a bit of everything
In a three-person brokerage, the person who quoted the load also books the truck. They chase the signed rate con, take the driver’s call at pickup, and send the POD to billing.
That holds up until the week gets busy. A rate con goes out at the old rate. A carrier falls off and nobody writes down why. A delivered load sits unbilled because the POD is buried in someone’s inbox.
A spreadsheet can’t stop any of that. It only records what happened, after someone remembers to type it in.
FreightVero was built inside a working brokerage, Bronco Logistics, around exactly those gaps. The rules for what a load needs before it moves are written into the database. They hold on a slow Tuesday and on a Friday with ten trucks rolling.
What small teams usually need first
- One place to enter loads, book carriers and store documents.
- Rate cons that look like they came from a real company.
- A clear list of what’s blocking each load.
- A price you can read on a web page, with no per-load math.
Plan details are on the pricing page. If you’re still setting up the business, our guide on how to start a freight brokerage walks through the setup steps.

See what's blocking a load before the driver calls
Open any load and the Required actions list tells you what the next status needs. No approved carrier, no signed rate con, no BOL: each one shows up by name.
When you’re the only person on the desk that afternoon, that list is the handoff. Nobody has to remember what was left undone.
- Carrier with an approved compliance status, plus driver and truck details
- Latest rate con version signed, with the signed copy uploaded
- BOL and freight photos before Freight On Board
- POD with the signer’s first and last name before Delivered

Frequently asked questions
Does FreightVero charge per load?
No. There are no per-load fees on any plan. Starter is $349 a month for 5 users and up to 250 loads a month. Growth is $749 a month for 15 users and unlimited loads. Scale starts at $1,500 a month with unlimited users.
Can we bring our customer and carrier lists over?
Yes. On Growth and Scale, customers and carriers import in bulk from a CSV file. Open loads don't import today. We look at your current setup and scope the move on a demo call. See TMS migration.
How does live tracking work for a small team?
On Growth and Scale, you send a tracking request to the driver's phone from the load through the Load Market integration. The load shows position, ETA and a green, yellow or red risk color. Tracking that goes quiet for 45 minutes gets flagged.
Is a small brokerage too small for a TMS?
If you're booking loads with outside carriers, you're already managing rate cons, compliance and PODs. Starter covers up to 5 users, so a one- or two-person shop can start there and move to Growth when it needs tracking and alerts.
