Freight broker TMS
The TMS that won't let a load skip a step.
FreightVero enforces your checkpoints in the database. No dispatch without a signed rate con, no delivered status without a POD and a signer’s name. Seven AI agents work the desk beside your team, and a person approves what they draft.

Built inside a working freight brokerage. Bronco Logistics is our design partner and first customer, and every checkpoint was shaped by their real loads and documents. Read the story
- 4
database-enforced checkpoints
- 10
load statuses, one path between them
- $349
published starting price per month
Four checkpoints. Every load. No side doors.
FreightVero checks whether a status change is allowed before it happens. Every change runs through one database function, so a screen, an integration or a hurried Friday afternoon can’t push a load past missing paperwork.
Checkpoint 1
Alerted
Carrier locked in
- Active carrier assignment
- Approved compliance status on the carrier
- Driver and truck recorded
- Tracking accepted
Checkpoint 2
Dispatched
Paper matches the deal
- Latest rate confirmation version signed
- A rate change after signature needs a new signature
Checkpoint 3
Freight on board
Proof it left
- BOL uploaded
- Freight photos uploaded
Checkpoint 4
Delivered
Proof it arrived
- POD uploaded
- Signer's first and last name
One partner for the software a brokerage runs on
Start with the broker TMS. Seven AI agents are live and working the desk with your team. If what you need doesn’t exist, we build it.
See which loads are about to go wrong
The board leads with the loads that need attention. Pickup and delivery each read as three stacked lines, the facility or shipper name, the city and state, then the date and time. The delivery column shows the customer’s commitment over the carrier’s, labelled, because reading the carrier’s time as the customer’s is how a late load gets marked on time.
Live tracking through Load Market puts position, ETA and risk on the load, and the map draws the truck’s real driving route along the roads. Tracking that goes quiet for 45 minutes gets flagged, and alerts raise once per load and clear themselves when the problem is fixed.
- Green, yellow and red ETA risk on every tracked load
- The customer’s commitment shown over the carrier’s, labelled
- Tracking ends on its own the moment a load is delivered

The paperwork is part of the load
Rate confirmations generate on your letterhead with your terms. Change the rate after the carrier signs and a new version is created, and dispatch waits for that version to be signed. Upload the signed copy and it marks itself signed, with the version and the time recorded.
Rates, weights, commodities and stop addresses stay editable by the people who should be editing them. Every change writes the field, the old value and the new value to an append-only audit log, and the guard sits in the database rather than the app.
- Rate con versions can’t be edited or deleted
- The audit log names the field that changed, not “update”
- Change a stop’s address and the map pin is looked up again

AI that drafts. People who approve.
Lena reads rate confirmations, air-freight delivery orders and supporting documents, then drafts the load with the source text behind every field. When a value isn’t on the document she says so instead of guessing, and she catches exact re-sends and flags a revised rate on a load you already booked.
Cora sends the five status updates a sales desk actually wants, with the photos and the POD attached and every time in the stop’s own time zone. Every agent drafts and a person on your team approves. That is a choice about how freight should be run, not a gap we are filling in later.
1. Document in
- Rate confirmation
- Air-freight delivery order
- BOL or packing list
2. Classified
Creates a draft load, or attaches to an existing one
Duplicate check by content hash
3. Fields drafted with their source
- Pickup
- Elk Grove Village, IL
- "PU: 1450 Commerce Dr, Elk Grove Village"
- Rate
- Conflict
- Two rates found on a revised copy
- Equipment
- Absent from document
- Nothing guessed
4. A person confirms
Check snippets, fix gaps, then create the load in one step
Meet the agents
Seven agents, each built for one job on a brokerage desk. Lena reads the rate cons and delivery orders. Trace works the loads going wrong. Cora sends the five status updates. Dex files every document. Poe writes the postings. Cal drafts the carrier replies. Nox covers the night. Every one of them drafts and a person on your team approves.

Frequently asked questions
What makes FreightVero different from other freight broker TMSs?
The rules live in the database. A load can't move to Dispatched without the latest rate con signed, or to Delivered without a POD and the signer's name. Pricing is published, with no per-load fees. See how checkpoints work.
Who uses FreightVero today?
Bronco Logistics, a freight brokerage, is our design partner and first customer. We say that plainly because it matters when you choose a TMS. Read the Bronco Logistics story.
Are the AI agents available now?
All seven are live. Lena on load entry, Trace on tracking, Cora on customer updates, Dex on documents, Poe on load posting, Cal on carrier sales and Nox after hours. Each one drafts and a person on your team approves. Start at AI agents.
How much does FreightVero cost?
Starter is $349 a month for 5 users and 250 loads. Growth is $749 a month with live tracking and unlimited loads. Scale starts at $1,500 a month. No per-load fees. Details on the pricing page.
Can FreightVero build a custom TMS for my company?
Yes. Custom TMS development is a service we offer today, and the FreightVero TMS itself started as one. We scope each build on a call and quote after that. See custom TMS development.
