Where Ten4 Intelligence is strong
Ten4 Intelligence calls itself “Your AI Co-Pilot for the Road Ahead.” Co-founder Manny Garces cites “15 Years In Trucking Industry.” The company sells four products: a Carriers TMS, a Brokers TMS, a load board plugin and voice AI agents. It’s a different company from ten4.ai.
- Low prices across the range. The Ten4 Intelligence pricing page lists Brokers TMS plans from $399/mo for 10 users to $2,099/mo with unlimited users, and Carriers TMS plans from $99/mo. Every plan shows a 30-day free trial.
- Voice AI you can buy today. AI agents make driver check-up calls and appointment confirmations “in any language.” Minutes are prepaid, at about $0.15 per minute.
- Broker features at the entry price. Auto-tender transcription from pasted text, a PC*Miler report or a tender, e-signatures, a driver app tracking link with 15-minute pings, customer invoicing, carrier and factoring payouts, and broker commission payroll.
- A load board plugin. A Chrome extension for DAT One and Trucker Path with one-click broker emails, profit and RPM estimates, and blacklisted-broker highlighting.
- Carrier and broker tools from one vendor. Useful for a small operation that runs trucks and also brokers loads.
We couldn’t find Ten4 Intelligence on G2 or Capterra, and its Android app shows 100+ downloads, so there’s little public evidence either way. FreightVero has no public reviews yet either. The free trial is the best way to judge it with your own loads.
Where FreightVero is different
Price per seat vs price per plan
Ten4 is cheaper per user. Its Brokers Starter plan is $399/mo for 10 users, and Growth is $499/mo for 20. FreightVero Starter is $349/mo for 5 users and 250 loads, and Growth is $749/mo for 15 users and unlimited loads. If headcount drives your software budget, Ten4 wins on the published numbers. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Checkpoints enforced at the database level, not a UI setting
FreightVero is built around rules on the load. Every status change runs through one database function, and changes are recorded in an append-only audit log that no one can edit or delete.
- Alerted: active carrier, approved compliance status on the carrier record, driver and truck details, tracking accepted.
- Carrier Dispatched: latest rate con version signed, with the signed copy uploaded.
- Freight On Board: BOL and freight photos.
- Delivered: POD plus the signer’s first and last name.
We haven’t tested Ten4’s settings for required documents, so check during your trial. See how FreightVero’s checkpoints work.
Tracking that flags problems
FreightVero tracking runs through Load Market. The ETA comes from the truck’s last position, checked against the carrier’s appointment, and shows green, yellow or red. Tracking that goes quiet for 45 minutes gets flagged, and alerts also cover a rate con not signed before pickup. Tracking comes with the Growth plan and up. See live tracking.
Custom builds, and what Ten4 ships first
FreightVero offers custom TMS development. The Bronco Logistics build went from its first database migration on Aug 28, 2026 to live Load Market tracking on Sept 3, 2026. Ten4 ships two things FreightVero doesn’t: voice AI agents that call drivers, and a carrier TMS. FreightVero’s seven AI agents are live. The load board extension is an early access offer. E-signatures are planned.

Switching from Ten4 Intelligence
- Records. Customers and carriers import into FreightVero from CSV. There’s no open-load import.
- Trucks. If you run a fleet on Ten4’s Carriers TMS, keep it. FreightVero’s carrier TMS is in early access.
- Check calls. Ten4’s voice AI calls have no live FreightVero equivalent.
- Signatures. Carriers sign rate cons outside FreightVero, and you upload the signed copy.
- Pay. Commission payroll and carrier and factoring payouts have no FreightVero equivalent. QuickBooks Online integration is in development.
- Contract. Ten4’s contract terms aren’t public. Check what you agreed to at signup.
We scope every move on a demo call and don’t publish an implementation timeline. The TMS migration page covers what to prepare.
