Short answer
HappyRobot doesn’t publish pricing. Yahoo Finance reported a minimum annual spend of about $250,000, which HappyRobot hasn’t confirmed. Freight alternatives include CloneOps.ai, Augment, Vooma and Parade (all quote-based), agents bundled into Rose Rocket ($2,080/mo) or Port TMS ($375/mo), carrier-side Numeo, and FreightVero’s early-access agents from $1,995/mo.
HappyRobot at a glance
HappyRobot isn’t a TMS. It’s an AI agent platform that calls itself “the AI operating system for the real economy,” and it works on top of the systems a company already runs. It’s based in San Francisco and went through Y Combinator.
For freight, HappyRobot runs voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp and chat agents for carrier sales, check calls, track and trace, appointment scheduling, payment inquiries and rate negotiation. Yahoo Finance coverage says it connects to phone systems such as 8×8, RingCentral and Vonage, and to TMSs including MercuryGate, McLeod and Tai.
Funding and customer claims
HappyRobot raised a $44M Series B in September 2025 and a $150M Series C on August 4, 2026 at a valuation of about $1.22 billion, for roughly $200M raised in total. HappyRobot says it serves 150+ enterprise customers, including “eight of the 10 largest US freight brokers,” and handles 10M+ interactions a month. Named customers on its site include DHL, Kuehne+Nagel and MODE Global. These are the company’s own figures.
HappyRobot pricing
Not public, as of September 10, 2026. Yahoo Finance cited a “minimum annual spend of approximately $250,000.” HappyRobot hasn’t confirmed that figure publicly, so treat it as reported and unverified.
Reviews
We didn’t collect G2 or Capterra ratings for HappyRobot, so we don’t quote any. Its public proof is its customer list and usage figures. Ask for references at your size.
Why teams look for HappyRobot alternatives
- Enterprise pricing. If the reported $250,000 minimum is close, most small and mid-size brokerages are out of range before the first call.
- They want one job done well. A team that only needs inbound carrier calls handled may prefer a focused tool such as Parade’s CoDriver.
- They’d rather get agents inside their TMS. Rose Rocket, Port TMS, Tai and BrokerPro now include agents in the subscription.
- Their TMS vendor already picked a partner. McLeod works with Augment and CloneOps.ai. Tai’s track and trace agent and BrokerPro AI run on CloneOps.ai. Starting there can shorten integration work.
- They’re a carrier. Carrier-side dispatch agents like Numeo solve a different problem.

HappyRobot alternatives compared
HappyRobot itself doesn’t publish pricing. Rose Rocket and Port TMS are grouped because their agents come inside a TMS subscription.

FreightVero: seven AI agents live, built around a person confirming
FreightVero is our product, and this is the section where it has the least to show. Here’s the honest status.
Best for: Small and mid-size brokerages that want agents priced for their volume and are comfortable joining an early-access program.
Starting price: AI agents from $1,995/mo, priced by load volume and scoped on a call, as of September 10, 2026. The broker TMS is separate: Starter $349/mo, Growth $749/mo, Scale from $1,500/mo, with no per-load fees (pricing).
Strengths
- Seven agents ship today: load entry, check calls, customer updates, document processing, load posting, carrier sales and after-hours coverage.
- The load intake engine is live. It reads rate cons, air-freight delivery orders and supporting documents, drafts a load with the source text behind every field, and catches duplicates and revised rates. A person confirms before any load is created.
- Published starting price, which is rare in this category.
Drawbacks
- One design-partner brokerage, no review history yet. No FreightVero agent is live for customers today, and the intake review screen hasn’t shipped.
- No voice agents, no phone system integrations, and no track record at volume.
- New company with one design-partner customer, Bronco Logistics.
FreightVero is not the right pick if you need agents answering carrier calls or making check calls at volume this quarter. HappyRobot, CloneOps.ai, Parade and Vooma have agents in production now. If our approach fits your timeline, see the AI agent program.
CloneOps.ai: voice agents inside the TMS you already use
Best for: Brokers running McLeod PowerBroker, Tai, BrokerPro or another TMS that CloneOps.ai partners with.
Starting price: Not published, as of September 10, 2026 (CloneOps.ai for logistics).
Strengths
- Carrier support agents handle load booking negotiation and inbound carrier calls, and accounts receivable and payable agents handle payment calls and emails.
- Deep TMS partnerships. Inside McLeod PowerBroker, brokers can “screen, schedule or trigger calls to carriers, verify load details, collect ETAs,” with call summaries written to the load (announced October 28, 2025).
- Powers BrokerPro AI and Tai’s early-access Track & Trace Agent, and lists partnerships with Turvo, Transport Pro, FMS and Chain.
Drawbacks
- No public pricing.
- If you run Tai or BrokerPro, you may already have CloneOps-powered agents included, so check before buying separately.
- We didn’t collect independent review data for this page.
Augment (Augie): one AI teammate across the order-to-cash cycle
Best for: Brokers, carriers, shippers and 3PLs that want a single agent handling many workflows, from quoting to AR.
Starting price: Not published. Augment says pricing is set “by workflow and load” and shared on a demo, as of September 10, 2026 (Augment).
Strengths
- Wide task list: spot quoting and rate cons, shipment planning in the TMS, appointment scheduling, track and trace, POD collection, AR collections, carrier onboarding and AP.
- Works across email, voice and text. Runs inside McLeod PowerBroker (August 2026) and has a Turvo partnership (October 2025).
- Well funded: an $85M Series A in September 2025, $110M raised in total, based in San Francisco with offices in Chicago and Toronto.
Drawbacks
- No public price list.
- Broad scope means scoping work up front to decide which workflows go first.
- Performance figures on its site are Augment’s own, and we didn’t collect independent reviews.
Vooma: agents for quotes, load building and scheduling
Best for: Brokers and carriers that want email, voice and text agents for quoting, order entry, scheduling, carrier booking, tracking and POD collection.
Starting price: Not published, as of September 10, 2026 (Vooma).
Strengths
- Named modules: Quote, Build, Schedule, Cover, Track and Collect, plus Vooma Voice for calls.
- Long integration list, including McLeod, Turvo, Aljex, Tai, Revenova, DAT, Truckstop, Highway, MyCarrierPackets, Outlook, Front and RingCentral.
- Raised $16.6M (seed led by Index Ventures, Series A led by Craft Ventures), announced in May 2025.
Drawbacks
- No public pricing.
- Smaller funding base than HappyRobot or Augment.
- Results figures on its homepage are Vooma’s own.
Parade: CoDriver for carrier sales and capacity
Best for: Carrier sales and capacity teams at brokerages and 3PLs that want inbound carrier calls and emails handled, plus a capacity platform.
Starting price: Not published, as of September 10, 2026 (Parade).
Strengths
- CoDriver “answers inbound calls and emails from carriers, qualifies the fit, captures quotes,” and syncs results into Parade.
- Capacity management around it: carrier reuse, lane preferences, Cascade and AutoAssign for recurring lanes.
- Established TMS ties. Capacity CoDriver runs with McLeod PowerBroker (July 2024), and Aljex, EZ TMS and BrokerPro list Parade among their integrations.
Drawbacks
- Focused on capacity and carrier sales, so it won’t cover billing or customer updates.
- No public pricing.
- Performance claims on its site, such as “$40B Transacted,” are Parade’s own.
Numeo: AI dispatch for carriers, free load posting for brokers
Best for: Carriers and dispatch teams that want AI to find, negotiate and book loads. Brokers can use it as a free capacity channel.
Starting price: Numeo Spot is free for solo dispatchers, Pro $9.99/dispatcher/mo and Ultra $29.99/dispatcher/mo billed annually. Numeo One TMS is $10/truck/mo (Basic) or $15/truck/mo (Pro). Broker load posting to Load Hub is free. All as of September 10, 2026 (Numeo).
Strengths
- Published, low pricing for carriers, which almost no one else on this page offers.
- AI Hub searches loads, analyzes market rates, negotiates and updates brokers automatically.
- For brokers, free posting to “10,000+ vetted carriers and dispatchers,” with carriers checked against FMCSA and Highway, by API or CSV.
Drawbacks
- Carrier-side, so it doesn’t replace HappyRobot’s broker agents for check calls or carrier sales.
- Based in Palo Alto. Funding isn’t stated on its site.
- The broker product is a posting channel, with no agent working your inbox.
Rose Rocket and Port TMS: agents bundled in the TMS
Best for: Brokers and 3PLs willing to change TMS to get AI agents without a separate agent contract.
Starting price: Rose Rocket “Starting at $2080/month” with all agents included (Rose Rocket pricing). Port TMS $375/mo for 5 users with 3 months of promotional agent access, then priced in the proposal (Port TMS pricing). Both as of September 10, 2026.
Strengths
- Rose Rocket includes TED (email and attachments to orders), Rosie (record-level answers) and Rocky (workflows and SOPs) on every plan.
- Port TMS ships Coverage (carrier outreach), Procaller (outbound calling) and Dispatch (answers carrier calls and captures offers), described as “Not a roadmap item. Shipping today.”
- One vendor for TMS and agents, and Tai and BrokerPro now bundle agents too.
Drawbacks
- You have to switch TMS, which is a much bigger project than adding an agent.
- Agents work inside that TMS only.
- Port TMS agent pricing after the promotion isn’t public.

How to choose a HappyRobot alternative
- Pick the first job. Inbound carrier calls, check calls, email quotes and load entry are different products. Choose the one costing you the most hours.
- Start from your TMS. If your TMS vendor already partners with an agent company, ask for that integration first. If you’re changing TMS anyway, compare bundled agents.
- Ask who approves what. Find out which actions an agent takes alone (booking a carrier, quoting a rate) and which wait for a person.
- Price it at your volume. Pricing runs per workflow, per load, per minute, per dispatcher or bundled. Get a written number at today’s volume and at double it.
- Get references your size. Enterprise logos don’t tell a 20-person brokerage much. Ask to talk to a customer like you.
