Freight forwarders
Software for the truck move after the freight lands
FreightVero is a broker TMS. For forwarders and the carriers they hire, it runs the domestic delivery leg of air freight: carrier, rate con, tracking and POD, with checkpoints in the database.

The delivery order is where the trucking starts
When an air shipment lands, the forwarder sends a delivery order to whoever is recovering the freight. It usually names the air waybill, the pieces and weight, where to pick up and where the freight goes.
What it often leaves out is everything a trucking desk needs to book the move. There’s no rate, no appointment and no equipment type on many of them. Someone has to call, confirm and type it all in.
We saw this firsthand at Bronco Logistics, our design partner. Bronco’s documents arrived in three unrelated formats, and a third of them carried no price.
What FreightVero covers, and what it doesn’t
FreightVero handles the domestic truck move as a load. Pickup at the airline or warehouse, delivery to the consignee, the carrier you hire, the rate con you send and the POD that closes it out.
It doesn’t book air or ocean freight, file customs entries, or manage house and master air waybills. Keep your forwarding system for that. If you broker or run truck freight beyond airport recoveries, the freight broker TMS page covers the full product.
What the trucking leg gets in FreightVero
Live features first. In development and early access items are labeled.
Loads with pickup and delivery stops Live
Each stop gets an appointment or a window, with separate customer and carrier times. Addresses autocomplete and the time zone is set from the address.
Small-vehicle equipment Live
Cargo van, sprinter van, small truck and large straight truck sit alongside 53-foot trailers, reefers and flatbeds.
Proof at pickup and delivery Live
Freight On Board needs a BOL and freight photos. Delivered needs a POD with the signer’s first and last name.
Rate cons for the carrier Live
Rate confirmations on your letterhead, carrying the carrier’s times. Dispatch waits for the latest version to be signed.
Tracking to the consignee Live
ETA from the truck’s last position, checked against the carrier’s appointment. Green, yellow, red. Tracking ends on its own after delivery.
Documents on the load Live
The delivery order, BOL, freight photos and POD stay together on the load in private storage.
AI reading of delivery orders Live
The intake engine already classifies air-freight delivery orders apart from rate cons and supporting paperwork. It marks fields the document doesn’t carry as absent. The review screen isn’t shipped. In development.
Customer portal Early access
Designed to show a forwarder’s customers the status of their delivery. In early access.
A delivery order in, a draft load out
The intake engine handles exactly the documents a forwarder’s trucking desk sees. It reads the PDF, decides whether it’s a rate con, a delivery order or supporting paperwork, and drafts a load.
Every field comes with the source text it was read from. When the delivery order has no rate or appointment, the draft says so instead of guessing. A person confirms before a load is created.
- Supporting documents like packing lists attach to an existing load and never create one
- Exact re-sends of the same file are caught
- No accuracy figures published until they are measured

Frequently asked questions
Can FreightVero read our delivery orders today?
Not in the app yet. The intake engine that classifies delivery orders and drafts a load is running as a backend service, but the screen where a person reviews and confirms the draft isn't shipped. Until then, loads are entered by hand. Intake is labeled in development.
Does FreightVero handle customs, air waybills or international bookings?
No. FreightVero is a broker TMS for the truck move. It stores a delivery order as a document on the load, but it doesn't manage house or master air waybills, customs entries, or air and ocean bookings.
What vehicles can we book for airport recoveries?
Loads support seven equipment types: cargo van, sprinter van, small truck, large straight truck, 53-foot trailer, reefer and flatbed. You choose the equipment on each load, so a few pieces in a cargo van and a full trailer go through the same checkpoints.
