Short answer
Revenova is a TMS built on Salesforce. Its AppExchange listing shows pricing from $2,500 per company per month on an annual subscription (as of September 10, 2026). Alternatives that don’t run on Salesforce include Rose Rocket ($2,080/mo), Tai TMS ($995/mo), BrokerPro ($950/mo base), Turvo ($5,000/mo), McLeod PowerBroker (quote) and FreightVero ($349/mo).
Revenova at a glance
Revenova is a transportation management system “Built natively on Salesforce,” founded in 2014 and based in Chicago. It sells to freight brokers, 3PLs, shippers and carriers. The pitch is one system for relationships and operations: customer records, sales activity, loads, carriers and finance all live in the same Salesforce org, so there’s no double entry between a CRM and a TMS.
For brokers, Revenova covers quoting, load building, carrier matching with LaneIQ, pricing with RateIQ, visibility and ETA alerts, carrier authority and insurance tracking, accounting integrations, and freight bill auditing. It has announced load board posting across a network of boards, a payroll and commissions module (PayIQ), and a TextLocate partnership for driver communication.
Revenova pricing
Revenova’s own website doesn’t publish prices. Its Salesforce AppExchange listing shows “Starting at $2,500 USD/company/month” on an annual subscription, and says “Volume discounts apply,” as of September 10, 2026. Capterra lists pricing as contact-the-vendor with a free trial available. Because the product runs on Salesforce, ask Revenova how Salesforce user licenses are handled in your quote.
AI features
Revenova’s AI agent is Artimus. Per Revenova, Artimus “reads incoming emails, extracts shipment details, and builds load records in seconds,” answers quote requests from your stored rate data, and posts loads based on rules you set. Revenova’s Winter ’26 release led with AI capacity matching.
What reviewers say
Revenova rates 4.91 on Salesforce AppExchange from 46 reviews, as of September 10, 2026. Its Capterra listing had no user reviews when we checked. We didn’t capture individual review quotes for Revenova, so we don’t quote any here. Read the AppExchange reviews directly, and check the dates.
Why teams look for Revenova alternatives
Revenova’s strength and its limit are the same thing: Salesforce. The buyers who look elsewhere usually say one of these.
- “We don’t run Salesforce.” The value of CRM and TMS in one org shrinks if your sales team uses another CRM or none.
- “We don’t have a Salesforce admin.” A Salesforce-native product is configured inside Salesforce. Ask each vendor who owns changes to fields, layouts and workflows after go-live.
- “We want month-to-month or a lower entry price.” The AppExchange listing shows an annual subscription starting at $2,500 a month. Smaller brokerages compare flat monthly plans.
- “We want a broker-only product.” Revenova also serves shippers and carriers. Some brokers prefer a product scoped to brokerage work.

FreightVero: broker TMS with rules in the database, no Salesforce required
FreightVero is our product. Here’s an honest read on how it compares with Revenova.
Best for: Non-asset brokerages that don’t run Salesforce and want a TMS that blocks steps missing proof, on monthly pricing.
Starting price: Starter $349/mo (5 users, 250 loads a month), Growth $749/mo (15 users, unlimited loads), Scale from $1,500/mo (unlimited users), as of September 10, 2026. No per-load fees on any plan. Details on the pricing page.
Strengths
- No third-party platform license to buy, and no per-load fees on any plan.
- Four checkpoints are enforced in the database. Dispatch needs the latest signed rate con version, Freight On Board needs a BOL and freight photos, and Delivered needs a POD with the signer’s full name. See how checkpoints work.
- Live today: load board, multi-stop load entry, customer and carrier CSV import, carrier booking with swap history, versioned rate cons on your letterhead, Load Market tracking with ETA risk colors, alerts, tasks, billing queue and an append-only audit log.
Drawbacks
- New, with one design-partner customer, Bronco Logistics, and no reviews.
- No CRM, sales pipeline or Salesforce connection.
- AI load intake (reading rate cons and building a draft load for a person to confirm) is in development, not live. Load board posting and EDI are planned.
FreightVero is not the right pick if your sales team lives in Salesforce and you want customers, quotes and loads in one org. Revenova is built for exactly that. If your process is unusual enough that neither fits, FreightVero also offers custom TMS development, quoted after a scoping call.
Rose Rocket (TMS.ai): configurable without Salesforce
Best for: Mid-market carriers, brokers and 3PLs that like Revenova’s configurability but don’t want to build on Salesforce.
Starting price: “Starting at $2080/month” with unlimited users, as of September 10, 2026 (Rose Rocket pricing).
Strengths
- No-code Builders for custom fields, objects, boards and automations.
- TED turns customer emails and attachments into orders, similar to Artimus, and all agents are included.
- “Guaranteed go-live in 90 days” and 4.4/5 on Capterra (35 reviews).
Drawbacks
- Not a CRM replacement in the way a Salesforce org is.
- A Capterra reviewer said reporting “doesn’t give your flexibility to create reports.”
- Implementation fee and contract length aren’t public.

McLeod PowerBroker: enterprise brokerage depth
Best for: Mid-market and enterprise brokers and 3PLs that want accounting, EDI and a large partner network in one vendor.
Starting price: Not published, as of September 10, 2026 (McLeod Software).
Strengths
- Integrated GL, AR and AP, a built-in EDI engine, and carrier and customer portals.
- More than 260 integrations, including DAT, Truckstop, MacroPoint, project44, RMIS and Highway.
- On-premise, customer cloud or McLeod-hosted deployment.
Drawbacks
- No public pricing.
- McLeod’s LoadMaster rates 3.7/5 on Capterra, where one reviewer called it “Very complicated, not easy to use at all.”
- No native Salesforce-style CRM, so sales teams may keep a separate CRM.
See our McLeod alternatives page for more.
Tai TMS: broker-only with published tiers
Best for: Brokers and 3PLs moving FTL, LTL and drayage who want pricing on the website and a branded client portal.
Starting price: $995/mo on Growth (2 staff logins, 200 shipments), $2,465/mo on Premium, as of September 10, 2026 (Tai pricing).
Strengths
- Published pricing, with a dedicated CSM and QBRs on every tier.
- Email integration, a branded client portal and strong LTL connectivity.
- Descartes describes Tai’s agents as extracting quote requests from emails, the same job Artimus does.
Drawbacks
- Owned by Descartes since August 24, 2026, with plans not yet public.
- Terms “auto-renew in perpetuity” with 60 days’ notice.
- Seat and shipment caps by tier.
Turvo: collaboration-first enterprise TMS
Best for: Enterprise 3PLs, brokers and shippers that want customers and partners working in a shared view.
Starting price: “Starts at $5,000 / Month,” as of September 10, 2026 (Turvo pricing).
Strengths
- Dedicated onboarding manager, training and data migration included.
- Collaboration and visibility across shippers, carriers and brokers.
- AI through its Augment partnership.
Drawbacks
- Double the Revenova AppExchange starting price.
- One G2 reviewer cited a “1+ year long onboarding.”
- Contract terms aren’t public.

BrokerPro: broker-only TMS with a CRM sister product
Best for: Freight brokers from roughly 50 loads a month to mid-market who want unlimited users and a separate CRM and web product from the same company.
Starting price: “Base Platform fee $950/mo,” driven by invoiced monthly load count, as of September 10, 2026 (BrokerPro pricing).
Strengths
- Sister product BrokerOS covers web, CRM and analytics for demand generation.
- “No seat limits. No feature gates.” BrokerPro AI, powered by CloneOps.ai, is included.
- 4.6/5 on Capterra (56 reviews). A reviewer wrote “Customer service has been top notch.”
Drawbacks
- Auto-renewing contracts with notice due “at least 14 business days prior.”
- A Capterra reviewer wrote “Loads can take longer than expected to update.”
- Some integrations may carry separate fees.
BrokerPro’s CRM lives in a separate product, so compare the handoff between BrokerOS and the TMS with Revenova’s single Salesforce org.
How to choose a Revenova alternative
- Start with your CRM. If your team already runs Salesforce well, Revenova deserves a serious look before you leave it. If not, the alternatives above avoid that dependency.
- Price the whole stack. Add TMS fees, CRM fees, any Salesforce licenses, implementation and integrations for 12 months.
- Test email-to-load on your own mail. Artimus, Rose Rocket’s TED and Tai’s agents all read emails. Send each one a real tender and compare the draft load.
- Ask who configures changes. Find out whether you need an admin, a partner or the vendor for new fields and workflows.
- Check the contract. Annual terms, auto-renewal and notice periods vary widely across this list.
- Read reviews in context. Revenova’s reviews sit on Salesforce AppExchange, while most competitors’ reviews are on Capterra and G2. Compare review counts and dates along with the stars.
