No open roles right now, but we read every note
FreightVero is a new freight technology company. We aren’t listing open roles today. If you think you’d fit the work, tell us about yourself anyway.
How we work
FreightVero builds a broker TMS, seven AI agents that run on it, and custom TMS software. The TMS was built inside Bronco Logistics, a working freight brokerage, and the case study shows what that looked like day to day.
A few habits shape the job:
- Business rules go in the database, where no screen or integration can skip them. Our post on why we put TMS rules in the database explains the reasoning.
- Fixes come from what happens on real loads, reported by the people moving them.
- A person approves what AI drafts. Nothing the AI prepares becomes a load on its own.
- Every product and feature is labeled live, in development, early access or planned. We don’t blur those lines in sales calls or on this site.
More about the company is on the about page.
Who we'd like to hear from
People who have worked a brokerage desk: operations, carrier sales, track and trace, or freight billing. You know where loads go wrong, and that’s worth a lot to a team building the software.
Engineers who care about data that stays correct, and who’d rather put a rule in the database than hope every screen remembers it.
If that sounds like you, send us a note. Tell us what you’ve worked on and what you’d want to build. A person reads every one.
Tell us what you'd bring
No open roles are listed, but a short note about your freight or software background goes straight to the team.
