Where BrokerPro is strong
BrokerPro is the closest match to FreightVero on focus. Both build for freight brokers, not carriers or shippers. BrokerPro has a long head start: Infinity Software Solutions was founded in September 2000, shipped BrokerPlus first, and launched cloud-based BrokerPro in April 2015.
- AI on every account. BrokerPro AI launched April 9, 2026, powered by CloneOps.ai. It handles carrier sourcing and outreach, automated check calls and status updates, and collections and invoice follow-up. It’s on by default for new customers.
- No seat limits. The pricing page says “No seat limits. No feature gates.” Unlimited users and carriers come with the base fee.
- Modes and portals. FTL, LTL, reefer, flatbed and heavy haul, plus customer and carrier portals and load board posting.
- Rate intelligence. A Triumph Intelligence integration offers predictive buy and sell rates with confidence scores.
- The integrations brokers use. DAT, Truckstop, 123Loadboard, MacroPoint, Trucker Tools, Highway, RMIS and QuickBooks, among others.
BrokerPro also runs a fair comparison program of its own, and its vs-Tai page credits Tai’s LTL depth. On Capterra, reviewers call it “Very easy to use” and say “Customer service has been top notch.” Complaints include “Loads can take longer than expected to update” and QuickBooks export or sync problems. Where FreightVero is different
Rules that live in the database
FreightVero enforces four checkpoints at the database level, not a UI setting. Every status change goes through one database function, and the status column is protected from direct edits.
- Alerted: active carrier, approved compliance status on the carrier record, driver and truck details, tracking accepted.
- Carrier Dispatched: the latest rate con version signed, with the signed copy uploaded. A rate change after signature needs a new signature.
- Freight On Board: BOL and freight photos.
- Delivered: POD plus the signer’s first and last name.
Many TMSs let you require documents, and we haven’t tested BrokerPro’s settings. Ask in the demo whether a user with full permissions can dispatch without a signed rate con. Here’s how FreightVero answers that.
A flat plan with no volume meter
BrokerPro’s bill starts at $950/mo and rises with your invoiced monthly load count. FreightVero Growth is $749/mo for 15 users and unlimited loads. The trade-off is users. BrokerPro has no seat limits, while FreightVero Starter covers 5 users, Growth covers 15, and Scale, from $1,500/mo, is unlimited. See the pricing page.
Contract terms, side by side
BrokerPro’s terms and conditions say subscriptions “shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term.” Cancelling needs notice “at least 14 business days prior to the contract automatic renewal date,” and “no refunds are granted” after renewal. BrokerPro publishes these terms, which not every vendor does. FreightVero’s contract terms are discussed on the demo call.
Custom development, and AI still in progress
If your brokerage runs a process no packaged TMS fits, FreightVero offers custom TMS development. The Bronco Logistics build went from its first database migration on Aug 28, 2026 to live Load Market tracking on Sept 3, 2026. On AI, BrokerPro is ahead today. FreightVero’s AI load intake is live, and the AI agent program is live from $1,995/mo.

Pricing as of September 10, 2026. Software Advice and Capterra list BrokerPro “Starting at $150/month,” which is out of date against the vendor’s pricing page. We use the vendor figure. BrokerPro notes some integrations may carry separate fees.
Switching from BrokerPro
Start with the calendar, not the software. With 14 business days’ notice required and no refunds after renewal, count back from your renewal date before anything else.
After that, we scope the move on a demo call. We don’t publish an implementation timeline. Here’s what’s in place:
- Customer and carrier records import from CSV.
- There’s no open-load import, so plan to close in-flight loads in BrokerPro.
- DAT, Truckstop, RMIS and MacroPoint are planned in FreightVero, not live. QuickBooks Online is in development. If posting to load boards from the TMS is daily work, that’s a gap today. Check the integrations page for current status.
- BrokerPro AI’s check calls and carrier outreach have no live FreightVero equivalent. Load Market tracking with alerts is live on Growth and up.
- The customer portal is in early access. A carrier portal is planned.
The TMS migration page covers what to gather before the call.
